Because I like to dream. This page describes various medical related technologies which are early in the research and development cycle. I have neither the resources or time served skills to produce products from these technologies. Do feel free to use any of these public domain ideas.
I was thinking about NMR imaging one day and wondered if the sensitivity could be increased for handheld device construction. What came out of that dream was a wonder if the magnetic polarizing field could be modulated via FM to give a varing field. This would lead to reception of the radio signal back from the sample which could be correlated in frequency change by a mathematical SINC(X) relation.
I do not intend to calculate the spin spin coupling of such a modulation, but I do know such radio signatures can be detected at very small levels. It did also make me wonder if pH proton coupling would make even proton elements more detectable. If all pH protons could be order aligned in situ by radio waves, then any magnetic quantum interference localization effect would peak out the hard even elements, but at a smaller amplitude. Does this make sense to you? The general problem of the high energy involved in creating spin spin pairs of protons from balanced spin anti spin pairs is a hard one, with Pauli exclusion really getting in the way. The nuclear energy involved is not statistically likely, but a very minority state. Correlation via radio and field modulation may hold good promise in increasing the signal to noise ratio, achiving a detectable phase lock. As a little after thought, but with potential equals, why is electrostatics important? Because Electron Magnetic Resonance (EMR) can be effective on even numbers of electron atoms, by a simple application of a (variable) electrostatic potential to the patient or sample. Diagnosis really can make your hair stand on end.

From a basic understanding via New Scientist and Voet and Voet, it seems that the end stage kill is brought about by helper T cells not being around at there own death in order to promote immune reaction boost proteins (the silient shout of defend me, not being passed afar). So I was thinking that an inhibitor of the 'sapper' immune localization protein (normally out flooded by helper T cells, in a percolated infection locality).
I then thought that delivery of the inhibitor IV would cause a local immune flame up near the needle, which led to the idea that it should be inactive until metabolically digested, or absorbed and then activated by later injection, at MAC complex activation sites etc.

Get yourself a nano technology shaped bobble on the end of a computer controlled exciter stick, or in an excitor field.. As the centre of pressure and centre of gravity of such a bobble molecule would probably not be in the same point area, especially by design objective (don't forget to be quantum here) a natural rotation and resultant standing field from solvant counter rotation would ensue.
If the spreading of this 'chiral spin field' could be controlled to give the solvant larger vacuous cavitation pockets which approximate to the shape of reaction intermediates, then reaction activation energies would lower. So imagine in the future when people pop into a boblists and prescript the water. If you thought homeopathy sounded strange then this ones for you.

It may be found way forward in time that NMR/EMR pricipals used with the force of magnetism creating a force moment on the unbalanced spin protons or electrons, could effectively create a solvent motion or rotation without the additive of bobbles. Various frequency and polarization radio signals being used to transit the electrostatic ionization to the correct force moment point. This may even be very useful in organic synthesis in the nearer future.
